Kdmonton was incorporated as a town in 1892, and asa city in 1904. TL now has an estimated population of 8,000, with an assessment close upon $5,000,000. During the current year an addition of nearly $400,000 of value in new buildings was made. ‘The young city owns and operates its water, stems and electric light plant and firmly believe
